In a week or so, I'm going to have my very own cubicle that no one else will be using.

As such, I get to decorate it however I want.

Soooo, I'm looking for things to put in said cubicle. But, sadly, I'm broke. So, if anyone has any cute, perky, or fuzzy things they'd like to give me to make my cubicle pretty, I'd be most grateful!

I am proud to be an American. Complain all you want to about our country, we have it pretty darn easy.

I grew up in a military family. My dad's side of the family were all Marines, and my step-dad's side of the family have served in the Army. Every generation has served in the military.

Scott served in the Army for 8 years. As is my usual joking self, this morning I thanked him for his service and added that thanks to men and women like him, I will never run out of toilet paper.

Which is my silly self, but realistically, it's true.

I'm mad because I don't know where my flag picture icon is. :| And I'm mad that my asshat boss made me miss our company's veteran's day celebration because of a meeting.

Because I am extremely proud to be an American.

...that it's official.

I so can not get buzzed at a convention unless I have an SO with me.

It's just good politics.

Should it worry me that my aunts and Maudy guessed at how many jobs I've had the way that people guess how many marbles are in the fish bowl?

Earlier today I posted photos of a bunch of hats and scarves to give away on facebook and gave almost the entire haul to the lovely and talented Jessica Standiford to keep her warm when they go to San Diego in a couple of months. I have one hat left from the bunch, this is it, and it could be yours if you simply ask for it.
